At MineralPRO we endeavor to send your MineralPRO products to you in the most timely and cost effective manner.
Canadian Orders:
Canadian orders are shipped via FexEx.
FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders over $200.00
For orders under $200.00, shipping rates are $15.
Please allow 4 to 6 business days to receive your order. We will do our best to ensure the timely shipping of your order (generally that will be within 24 hours from receipt of your order.)
US Orders:
US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders over $200.00

International Orders:
Please contact MineralPRO for shipping to international destinations outside of Canada and the US. Confirmation via email or phone regarding the shipping costs will be done prior to sending your order.
Returns Policy:
You may return most NEW, UNOPENED items in ORIGINAL CONDITION within 30 days of delivery.
Due to health regulations, no returns will be available on products that have packaging removed and/or have been used.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED PRIOR TO SENDING BACK.
